Five Finger Death Punch Grand Rapids Concert reviews
It's all an act
"She seemed great, entertained well and looked good but she's bit of touch with fans and life since the last 2 concert tours she's put on. A little preachy, not worried about making it fun for her fans, just fun for her. She does seem like she's having fun just at the expense of the fans and starting the show so late was really pushing it specially in the middle of the show where it starts to drag. Still a good show, she just is past her prime I think. Again good show that I would have been happy with it if it was earlier in the night or even day, but on a Monday after Midnight... not so much. It started at 1110pm and we left after 1 hour and 50 minutes while it was still going. Good seats, close view, a couple of songs I really enjoyed, interesting set design, etc. She did pander to the rich and didn't acknowledge the fans up on the balcony or turn up the house lights to look at the audience or go out of her way to really talk to people that are far away. Only talked to the 5 rows in front and when talking most of the time it was ranting and not really about Chicago either, just a few comments here and there but nothing that lifts up the city or fans in anyway. She did try something different at least. Also, even in the past she was more appreciative. Even with her bad girl image she was way charming. The Girlie Show in the nineties for example very cute and personable and Sticky and sweet tour she had fun. Was fun and was super nice."
